Import Error Messages and Warnings

All field-level errors and warnings are assigned a unique error number. The following table identifies and explains the possible field-level error/warning messages.

Error Number	Error/Warning	Definition
1301	Too many fields in import record.	More than 32,000 fields were in a single row from an import file. File probably did not terminate each line with a CRLF pair.
1302	Import field value too long.	Value from the import field(s) were longer than allowed in the InterAction field. The data was truncated.
1303	Not enough fields in import record.	Not enough fields in an import record. A mapped field was processed that mapped an import field number greater than the number of fields in the import data record. If problem persists, contact the system administrator or InterAction technical support.
1304	Required field is blank.	A required field is missing. No value was available from the import field (or the Value If Blank field) for the Last Name or Company Name.
1305	Not valid.	Generic invalid value error. If problem persists, contact the system administrator or InterAction technical support.
1309	Mapping to additional field which is not valid for person contact.	An import field is mapped to an additional field that is only valid for a company, but import processing has determined that the data record should be added as a person contact.
1310	Mapping to additional field which is not valid for company contact.	An import field is mapped to an additional field that is only valid for a person contact, but import processing has determined that the data record should be added as a company.
1311	Not a valid number.	A value from an import field did not contain only valid digit characters and was mapped to a field requiring numeric data.
1312	Number too large for data type.	A value from an import field has a numeric value too large for the corresponding InterAction field type.
1313	Number out of range.	A value from an import field was outside the valid numeric range of the corresponding InterAction field.
1314	Contains a decimal point.	Not a whole number. A value from an import field contained a decimal point and the corresponding InterAction field allows only whole numbers.
1315	Not a valid Yes/No value for the additional field it is mapped to.	A value from an import field mapped to a yes/no additional field type did not contain corresponding yes or no values.
1316	Not a valid date.	A value from an import field mapped to a date field in InterAction was not a date.
1317	Too many digits to the right of the decimal point.	Invalid level of precision. A value from an import field mapped to a decimal additional field type had more digits to the right of the decimal point than permitted by the additional field's specified level of precision.
1318	Not in list of possible values.	Invalid list value. The value from an import field mapped to a list additional field type did not contain a value which was in the list of possible values for the additional field.
1319	Row contained too many fields.	A row in the data file contained more fields than is valid for the file (which is determined by the number of fields in the first row of the data file).
1320	Row contained too few fields.	A row in the data file contained fewer fields than is valid for the file (which is determined by the number of fields in the first row of the data file).
1321	Person Contact not permitted in folder.	Attempted to import a person contact into a folder that only allows companies.
1322	Date outside valid range.	Date value is outside the valid range of dates (01/01/1753 to 12/31/4712).
1323	Company contact had value for Additional Address field.	Company had data mapped to the additional address field.
1324	Record was a duplicate of an existing contact. NO link created.	During duplicate checking, a duplicate was found and the user chose to skip the record.
1325	Record was a duplicate of an existing contact. A link to the existing contact was created.	During duplicate checking, a duplicate was found and the user chose to create a link.
1326	Classification does not exist.	The value of a classification in the import file does not match any existing global or directory classifications AND you either have insufficient access rights to add a new directory classification, or you selected to not add classifications on the fly.
1327	Additional Field Extension - Insufficient contact.	There was not enough contact data to create an additional field.
1328	Additional Field Extension - Insufficient access.	The user does not have access rights to edit the additional field.
1330	Additional Field Extension - General error.	Extension programming error or unknown error.
1331	Account name is not unique.	The supplied account name for the new user already exists in the system.
1332	Domain does not exist.	The domain name is not an existing domain.
1333	Company contact not permitted in folder.	Attempted to import a company into a folder that only allows people.
1334	Relationship provided without a value field.	The Relationship value for an additional field was mapped, but the Value field was not. An additional field cannot be created if it does not have a mapped value field.
1335	The user associated with the given account name was not found.	The given account name was not found in the system.
1336	Not a valid user value for the additional field it is mapped to.	The user’s Active/Professional indicators do not satisfy the requirements set by the additional field definition.
1341		We are attempting to import a person and the import folder does not allow people.
1342		We are attempting to import a company and the import folder does not allow companies.
1343		The Import folder was not found.
1344		The user does not have permission to import into the given folder.
