If your organization uses existing HTML reports, or if you use another reporting system where the reports are accessible through a URL, you can create URL reports for those reports in InterAction. You can add HTML reports to the Report Chooser and make them available to the organization.
There are many benefits to maintaining your HTML reports in InterAction, for example:
- Add URL reports to the Report Chooser, so the reports can be accessed from one central location.
- Select which users or groups can access each report, and where the report can be accessed (Web Client, Windows Client, and/or PIM).
