You have a few options when selecting the contacts to include in a report. Choose an option in the Contacts Included section of the Report Chooser dialog box:
- The current (highlighted) contact
- The marked contacts (if you have contacts marked)
All contacts in the current list
If you are viewing contacts in a folder type that is classified as a large folder type, only contacts displayed in the current view are included in the report. To include all contacts, choose the ALL button in the letter bar before running the report.
None of the above
Choose Find a different contact to run the report on a single contact that is not located in the current folder.
Overview reports limit the number of contacts to 50.

The Report Chooser cannot filter contacts for you. For example, you want to print the Stagnant Contacts report to see which contacts have not had any activity within the last six months. The Report Chooser cannot locate stagnant contacts for you in your Firm Contacts - People folder for example. However, you can print all contacts in that folder (or a subset of marked contacts) then the Stagnant Contacts report flags whether each contact is stagnant. Alternately, you can run a search to first filter contacts then view or print from the results of that search.
