Users can submit Change Requests in the Web Client when information needs to be changed for a contact, but the user is unsure of how to make the change.

The Comprehensive View lists open user requests for the contact.
User requests can essentially deal with any type of change, including changing data on a contact, merging duplicate contacts, deleting contacts, and more.
You can most likely use tools accessible from within the Comprehensive View to make the required changes. For example:

Choose the Show All button to display all fields for the contact so you can update fields that do not have open Data Change Management tickets.
